​Start your mornings with an energizing yoga class and wind down with restorative evening practices in the tranquil open-air studio. Immerse yourself in Thailand's rich culinary culture with a hands-on cooking class where we will learn to prepare authentic dishes using fresh local ingredients, and savor the delicious results. We will embark on a boat tour to nearby islands, exploring vibrant coral reefs and swimming and snorkeling in crystal-clear waters. Another day, we will take a scenic hike through Mu Ko Lanta National Park, surrounded by tropical forests and stunning coastal views and finish with a picnic on the beach. We will rise up early one morning to experience the serene sunrise as we glide through peaceful mangroves out into the bay on a traditional Thai gondola. Enjoy a massage to deepen your sense of relaxation.

Accommodation
Oasis Yoga Bungalow is a boutique hotel with holistic health in mind, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful backdrop for reflection and relaxation. Conveniently located close to Klong Dao Beach, known for its serene atmosphere, shallow waters, and golden sand.

Oasis Yoga Bungalow are Eco-Conscience and take great care to keep the stunning island of Koh Lanta clean and sustainable. They compost, re-use, re-purpose, or recycle 100% of waste, so rest assured, your only ‘footprints’ are the ones left in the sand.
We will be staying in the Pool Bungalows with views of the beautiful pool and relaxing hammock area.

Cuisine
The restaurant at Oasis Yoga Bungalow offers a menu with locally sourced produce and ingredients that has been mindfully designed to focus on health and sustainability. From Spinach salads to Fish tacos and Fusion Thai, there is something for everyone.

We will enjoy 3 fresh and delicious meals every day.

Breakfast is a vegetarian buffet with fresh fruits and juices, various types of bread and spreads, potatoes and vegetables, eggs and more!
​
For lunch you will choose from a menu that offers a variation of chicken, fish and vegetarian/vegan meals served with juice or smoothie.

Our dinner is a Vegetarian buffet with a range of different dishes to choose. Dinner is served with a non-alcoholic drink. (Wine or cocktails are available from the bar for an additional cost.)

Activities/ Tours
Our mornings will begin with pranayama practice to ease ourselves into the day then a recharging Vinyasa yoga session in the open air yoga studio. After breakfast, we will either go on the planned excursion of the day or have free time to venture out to explore the island, relax on the beach or by the pool and get a massage. In the afternoon we will ease into a Gentle Restorative yoga session before enjoying a delicious dinner. For those who would like to go out for dinner or go to a bar, our host at Oasis Yoga Bungalows can give great suggestions.
On our arrival day you will after checking in, you will have time to relax in your bungalow or by the pool before our Gentle Restorative yoga practice to ease tension from a day of travel. Afterwards, we will enjoy a Special Welcome Dinner at the Oasis.

Activities will include:

- Mu Koh Lanta National Park Hike and Beach picnic - Getting picked up from Oasis we take a drive to the national park where we will be guided by a tour guide for an hour hike with stunning views and jungle greenery. After the hike we will relax at the beach to enjoy a lovely lunch together in the shade of a tree.
​
- 4 Islands tour - From Oasis we will travel to Old Town harbor where we will board a long-tail boat for a tour of 4 small islands south of Koh Lanta. Our first stop will be Koh Wean where we will be snorkeling in the beautiful waters. The next destination is Koh Mook, known for its Emerald Cave with a crystal lagoon inside that our guide will take us to. We then relax on the nicest beach of Koh Ngai, have lunch and either swim and snorkel or sunbathe on the white sand. Our last stop will be Koh Chuek where we will discover corals and plenty of fish swimming around.

- Thai cooking class - We will be going to Lanta Thai Cookery school where we will learn how to cook Thai food in real local style. As a group, we will choose 4 dishes (out of 10 options) to cook. Each person has their own cooking station. The instructors will teach us about the herbs and spices, and as we begin cooking they will guide us through every step of how to cook the dish. We then get to enjoy the work we’ve put in, eating the delicious lunch together! Everyone will receive a small cookbook to bring home.

- Sunrise Gondola tour - We will rise before the sun one morning to go on an incredible sunrise tour starting in Tung Yee Peng mangrove forest. There we will get on our gondolas that will take us on a serene boat ride toward Lanta Bay as we watch the sunrise, meditating on its beauty. We will be served a small local breakfast on the boat.
You will also have free days to explore the island on your own if you choose, enjoy your included 90-min massage next door and just relax and recharge by the pool or in your bungalow.

Ko Lanta is located in the Krabi province of Southern Thailand with the nearest airport is Krabi Airport which is an easy 1.5-2 hour drive from Koh Lanta.

There will be a scheduled group pick up from Krabi Airport at 1pm on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025.

There will be a schedule group drop-off to Krabi Airport on Saturday, May 10, 2025. (Check back for updates on departure time.)

Group airport drop-off times will be determined based on the majority of guests’ flight times.
Arrival & departures outside the designated times will require you to organize your own transport at your own cost. I will be happy to assist you with any additional information.

Pool Bungalows
These charming, 19m2 stand alone bungalows with a cozy front porch are ready for you to sit back and chill out. The rooms are newly and mindfully renovated with your holistic health in mind. The space is created to be clean, simple and comfortable. Each has their own private bathroom with hot and cold water along with access to clean drinking water and free reusable water bottles to use throughout your stay.
All rooms have an A/C unit and a fan; you are also more than welcome to open the windows and enjoy the breeze. The property is safe and guarded, but just in case, you are also provided with room safety boxes for your reassurance. There is a small fridge in each unit, high speed fiber optic wifi.

There is choice of either one double bed or two twin beds.

Organizers
Carolina Lindoff grew up in Sweden and came to NYC to continue her dance studies and decided to move here permanently because of love. Through her dance studies she came across yoga and since her move to NYC, yoga became the anchor that helped her through that transition and beyond.
Carolina completed her 500 hour Teacher Training with YogaWorks in 2015. She got certified in Prenatal Yoga through Maha Mama in 2017. She has since then continued to study Restorative yoga, Accessible yoga and Carolina is, through Yogi Beans, a certified kids yoga teacher. She has taught at various studios in upper Manhattan as well as online classes, privates and events. You can find her classes at Harlem Yoga Studio and Heights Meditation and Yoga.
Carolina enjoys teaching different styles and always incorporates a spiritual or emotional theme to explore. She’s a firm believer that yoga is for everyone and loves the connection that is created in the practice, both the inner connection and the connection with the community.
During our Relax & Recharge Koh Lanta Retreat, Carolina will be teaching the evening Gentle Hatha/Restorative class as well as guided meditations.
June Li Lo received her 200+ hour yoga certification on Halloween of 2015 at Mind Body Soul Yoga in Manhattan & began teaching soon after. She is also the founder of STRETCH'N FLOW Yoga, an online yoga class, specializing in Hatha/ Vinyasa, with a choreographed sequence of yoga moves designed to be in sync to a progressive playlist with an emphasis on building strength in the core to help to stabilize & strengthen the body & mind.
In 2013, June also created & taught GINGA FLOW (originally called Ginga Fit), a fitness class that implementss the moves of Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art & yoga with strength & conditioning training.
June has successfully hosted a number of retreats from South of France to Northern Thailand. She prides herself of traveling to the many retreat locations personally in order the utmost quality in service, food, and accommodation for her retreats.
During our Relax & Recharge Koh Lanta Retrea, June will be teaching the morning Hatha/ Vinyasa class.
