 Start your mornings with an energizing yoga class and wind down with restorative evening practices in the tranquil open-air studio.

 

We’ll embark on a breathtaking boat tour to nearby islands, where you can swim and snorkel in crystal clear waters and explore vibrant coral reefs. Another day, a local guide will lead us on a jungle walk through lush green vegetation to a hidden waterfall, followed by a delicious beachside lunch. Find your creativity during a Batik class with a local artist and designer, crafting a one-of-a-kind piece to take home. Afterwards, we’ll visit the charming and historic Lanta Old Town to enjoy lunch, explore its quaint streets filled with shops of local goods. Finally, we’ll rise before dawn to experience a serene sunrise as we glide through peaceful mangroves along the bay on a traditional Thai gondola. Of course, there will be time to unwind with a soothing massage, lounge by the pool or beach, or simply relax in your cozy bungalow.

Oasis Yoga Bungalows is a boutique hotel with holistic health in mind, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful backdrop for reflection and relaxation. Conveniently located close to Klong Dao Beach, known for its serene atmosphere, shallow waters, and golden sand. 

Oasis Yoga Bungalows are eco-conscious, taking great care to keep the stunning island of Koh Lanta clean and sustainable. They compost, re-use, re-purpose, or recycle 100% of their waste — so you can relax knowing your only footprints are the ones left in the sand.
 
We’ll be staying in the Pool Bungalows, which overlook the beautiful swimming pool and peaceful hammock area allowing you to unwind and soak in the island vibe.

The restaurant at Oasis Yoga Bungalows offers a menu with locally sourced produce and ingredients that has been mindfully designed to focus on health and sustainability. From Spinach salads to Fish tacos and Fusion Thai, there is something for everyone.


​We will enjoy fresh and deliciously prepared meals every day. 

Breakfast is a vegetarian buffet with fresh fruits and juices, various types of bread and spreads, potatoes and vegetables, eggs and more!
 

Lunch will include one menu item from a selection of chicken, fish, and vegetarian or vegan dishes, served with your choice of fresh juice or smoothie.

In the evening, enjoy a vegetarian buffet dinner offering a delicious selection of dishes to choose from. Dinner includes a non-alcoholic beverage. (Wine and cocktails available from the bar at an additional cost.)

Activities/ Tours

Our mornings will begin with a calming pranayama practice to gently ease into the day, followed by an energizing Vinyasa yoga session. After a nourishing breakfast, we’ll either head out on the planned excursion of the day or enjoy free time to explore the island, relax on the beach or by the pool, or treat ourselves to a soothing massage. We’ll then unwind with a Gentle Restorative yoga session before enjoying a delicious dinner. For those who wish to explore the island’s nightlife, our hosts at Oasis Yoga Bungalows are happy to recommend great local restaurants and bars.

Upon arrival and settling into your your bungalow on the first day, you’ll have time to relax & unwind before our Gentle Restorative yoga practice to help ease tension from a day of travel.

 

Afterwards, we will enjoy a scrumptious welcome dinner at the Oasis.

Activities will include:

  • ​Jungle Walk to Klong Chak Waterfall & Beach Picnic: 
We’ll be picked up from Oasis and driven to the southern part of the island, where our local guide will lead us through the lush green jungle. Along the way, we’ll explore a fascinating bat cave, encounter ancient trees that have stood for centuries, and end our walk at the beautiful Klong Chak Waterfall. After the return hike, we’ll relax at the nearby beach to enjoy a delicious picnic lunch.
     

  • 4 Islands Tour: From Oasis, we’ll travel to the Old Town harbor and board a traditional long-tail boat for an unforgettable tour of four small islands south of Koh Lanta. Our first stop is Koh Wean, where we’ll snorkel among colorful corals and tropical fish. Next, we’ll head to Koh Mook, known for its famous Emerald Cave — a hidden lagoon that we’ll access by swimming through a magical sea tunnel. We’ll then relax on the pristine beach of Koh Ngai, where lunch will be served and you can swim, snorkel, or simply bask in the sun. Our final stop is Koh Chuek, known for its vibrant marine life and coral gardens.
     

  • Batik Class with Saychon & Visit to Lanta Old Town: We’ll attend a private batik class with Saychon, a talented local artist and designer. This hands-on workshop invites you to connect with your creative side as you design your own sarong or scarf using traditional batik dyeing techniques, creating a unique keepsake to take home. After class, we’ll head to Lanta Old Town, a charming historic village of wooden houses built on stilts over the water. Enjoy lunch at one of the scenic waterfront restaurants (not included) and take time to explore the local shops and boutiques along Main Street.
     

  • ​Sunrise Gondola Tour:
 One morning, we’ll rise before dawn for a serene sunrise experience through the peaceful Tung Yee Peng mangrove forest. We’ll board traditional Thai gondolas and glide quietly through the waterways toward Lanta Bay, watching the first rays of sunlight illuminate the sky. A light local breakfast will be served on board as we soak in the calm and beauty of the moment.

You will also have time to explore the island on your own if you choose, enjoy your included 90-min massage next door and just relax and recharge by the pool or in your bungalow. 

Package Details

Ko Lanta is located in the Krabi province of Southern Thailand with the nearest airport is Krabi Airport which is an easy 1.5-2 hour drive from Koh Lanta.

There will be a scheduled group pick up from Krabi Airport at 1pm on Saturday, May 2, 2026. A secondary group pick-up can be schedule, if necessary (possible additional cost).

Arrival & departures outside the designated times will require you to organize your own transport at your own cost.

These charming, 19m2 stand alone bungalows with a cozy front porch are ready for you to sit back and chill out. The rooms are newly and mindfully renovated with your holistic health in mind. The space is created to be clean, simple and comfortable. Each has their own private bathroom with hot and cold water along with access to clean drinking water and free reusable water bottles to use throughout your stay.

 

All rooms have an A/C unit and a fan; you are also more than welcome to open the windows and enjoy the breeze. The property is safe and guarded, but just in case, you are also provided with room safety boxes for your reassurance. There is a small fridge in each unit, high speed fiber optic wifi. 

There is choice of either one double bed or two twin beds.

When booking, please choose between single or double occupancy.

Carolina Lindoff grew up in Sweden and came to NYC to continue her dance studies and decided to move here permanently because of love. Through her dance studies she came across yoga and since her move to NYC, yoga became the anchor that helped her through that transition and beyond. 

 

Carolina completed her 500 hour Teacher Training with YogaWorks in 2015. She got certified in Prenatal Yoga through Maha Mama in 2017. She has since then continued to study Restorative yoga, Accessible yoga and Carolina is, through Yogi Beans, a certified kids yoga teacher. She has taught at various studios in upper Manhattan as well as online classes, privates and events. You can find her classes at Harlem Yoga Studio and Heights Meditation and Yoga.

Carolina enjoys teaching different styles and always incorporates a spiritual or emotional theme to explore. She’s a firm believer that yoga is for everyone and loves the connection that is created in the practice, both the inner connection and the connection with the community. 

 

During our Relax & Recharge Koh Lanta Retreat, Carolina will be teaching the evening Gentle Hatha/Restorative class as well as guided meditations.

June Li Lo received her 200+ hour yoga certification on Halloween of 2015 at Mind Body Soul Yoga in Manhattan & began teaching soon after. She is also the founder of STRETCH'N FLOW Yoga, an online yoga class, specializing in Hatha/ Vinyasa, with a choreographed sequence of yoga moves designed to be in sync to a progressive playlist with an emphasis on building strength in the core to help to stabilize & strengthen the body & mind.

 

In 2013, June also created & taught GINGA FLOW (originally called Ginga Fit), a fitness class that implementss the moves of Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art & yoga with strength & conditioning training.

June has successfully hosted a number of retreats from South of France to Northern Thailand. She prides herself of traveling to the many retreat locations personally in order the utmost quality in service, food, and accommodation for her retreats.

 

During our Relax & Recharge Koh Lanta Retreat, June will be teaching the morning Hatha/ Vinyasa class.
