"A Warriors Flow"
This series has been divided into five different sections.
Section I, “A Warrior's Strength”, consists of 3 Vinyasa Flow'n Strength classes at 30 mins, to strengthen the entire body to prepare for this challenging series. In Strength'n Shoulders, we will to open the front body while strengthening the shoulders & back, Strength'n Stability to work entire lower part of the body, i.e, glutes, hamstrings, and quads, & Strength'n Core to strengthen & tone the abdominal muscles.
Section II, “A Warrior's Rest, consists of 3 Gentle Flow'n Restore classes at 30 mins to help restore the body from this challenging series. From "Release", concentrating on poses to release tension lower back by stretching the glutes, hamstrings, & IT Bands, "Grounding" with postures to ground the shoulders & hips, to "Openness" with supported poses to help open up the chest, hips & quads.
For Sections I & II, I have incorporated my playlist, “The Journey Within” with a special feature song “Eye of the Tiger” in the Warriors Strength series to keep the body moving!
Section III, “A Warrior's Flow”, consisting of 3 Vinyasa Flow'n Go classes at 45 mins, diving deeper as we explore Virabhadrasana/ Warrior I,II, & III & its many variations.
Section IV, "A Warrior's Release", consisting of 3 Hatha Flow'n Restore classes at 60 mins to help release tension, while restoring in the body from this challenging series in Balance'n Restore, Strength'n Restore and Twist’n Restore.
Section V, we have "A Warrior's Meditate", a 13 min guided meditation to help bring "Awareness Within" as you work with your breath to examine the body & calm the mind.
You can take each class individually, or double up.
For Sections III & IV & V will feature the music of BTS in honor of AAPI Heritage month in May.
Want to mix & match. No Problem! All classes are designed to compliment each other, so you can also pick & choose the class you want, going at your own pace.
