Introducing the "Four 2 Flow" Series!


4 Classes, 2 weeks of unlimited access, flow through your practice til your heart's content.

This is how it works.

The "Four 2 Flow" series of classes will launch at 12:30 PM EST, every first & third Sunday of the month with unlimited access for the following two weeks. Access to the current series of 4 classes will expire after 2 weeks at 12 PM EST. A new series of classes will launch that same day at 12:30 PM EST. You will have unlimited access to the current "Four 2 Flow" class series from the time you register until the class series expiration date/ time.
 

When you register, please include name, email address (phone number is optional), through the link below. Please send payment separately via Zelle. Once payment has been received, I will email you a password to access the videos below.

This series will launch on Sunday, April 17 at 12:30 PM EST, expiring on Sunday, May1, 2022 at 12 PM EST.

Payment of $25 for unlimited access of current series until Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 12 PM EST. Please send payment when you register.

25% of the proceeds from this series will be donated to Women for Women International, an organization dedicated to help marginalized women affected by war and conflict around the world learn the valuable life, business, and vocational skills they need to survive and rebuild new lives. 

Currently, they are raising an emergency $150,000 to meet the needs of Ukrainian women facing the crisis of the Russian invasion through their Conflict Response Fund.

"Four 2 Flow" Series

Welcome to “New Beginnings!” will be the theme for this current series.


Each of these 4 classes have been designed to connect one class to the next, creating building blocks to help the body release tension, build strength, & improve coordination while calming the mind. Starting off slowly with supported asanas/postures & pranayama/ breathwork in the Gentle Flow'n Restore. Then building on with postures that work the core in the Hatha Flow'n Restore. Continuing, as we flow through standing postures to build strength & coordination in the body in the Hatha Flow'n Strength, Finally, adding a bit of cardio as we flow with the breath to get the heart pumping in the Vinyasa Flow'n Go. You can then reverse course, ending with the Gentle Flow'n Restore.

Want to mix & match. No Problem! All classes are designed to compliment each other, so you can also pick & choose the class you want, going at your own pace.
