Not only that, but we will also explore poses that will help develop focus, balance & stability. So expect poses like Virabhadrasana/ Warrior II & III, & Ardha Chandrasana/ Half Moon Pose. Combined with my latest playlist, “Spring Awakening”, let us enter a new season with strength & determination.
You can take each class individually, or double up. Want to mix & match. No Problem! All classes are designed to compliment each other, so you can also pick & choose the class you want, going at your own pace.

“Strength'n Balance:
Extended Edition''
In this series, we will incorporate postures that help to strengthen the entire body while bringing balance to our practice to calm the mind & bring focus. So we will be exploring poses like Setu Bandhasana/ Bridge Pose & Dolphin Pose to help open the whole front body while strengthening the back & shoulders to Matsyasana/Supported Fish Pose to release tension while calming the mind. For balance, we will work on postures like Virabhadrasana III/Warrior III to work the legs & IT band, countering with poses like Supta Padangusthasana/Reclining Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose. Combined with the soothing sounds of classical music, allow this series to bring calmness to your practice.

“Core’n Twist: Extended Edition''
This series will consist of 8 classes; 2 Hatha Flow’n Strength classes at 30 mins, 2 Gentle Flow’n Restore classes at 30 mins, 2 Vinyasa Flow’n Go classes at 45 mins, 2 Hatha Flow’n Restore at 1 hour.
This series will incorporate postures that help to improve core strength, thereby stabilizing the body & keeping it strong. By working the core, we can move towards improving posture & maintaining the body’s ability to function over time. Not only that, but incorporating twist can help ease stiffness & tension along the spine while stimulating digestion & blood circulation. So again, expect poses like Navasana or Boat Pose & Plank to strengthen & tone the abdominal muscles, Vasisthasana or Side Plank Yoga Pose to strengthen the arms, shoulders, & wrist, while also improving balance & concentration. To work the entire lower part of the body, i.e, glutes, hamstrings, and quads to maintain stability, Lunges & its many variations are the way to go. Uttanpadasana or Raised leg pose will strengthen the pelvis, hips, lower back, & legs, and finally, Parivrtta Parsvakonasana or Revolved Side Angle Pose to detoxify the body while developing body coordination.
