Set in a beautiful oasis of peace & tranquility in Koh Samui, the second largest island in the gulf of Thailand, known for its palm-fringed beaches, coconut groves and dense, mountainous rainforest, amazing food, and lively night markets.
Indulge the senses with the region’s delicacies as we visit the bustling night market in Fisherman’s Village, nourish the soul as we explore the majestic temples, invigorate the spirit as we cruise along the many islands, relax the body with an afternoon Spa session, & discover the beauty & mysteries of the mountains & waterfalls of Koh Samui. It will be a magical time to remember as we revitalize our bodies with daily yoga, while replenishing our souls with delicious foods while exploring the beauty of the surrounding area.
‘Namaste Koh Samui’ will not only be a retreat from our daily lives, but also a cultural experience as we explore the breathtaking scenery with exciting adventures & partake in the delicious cuisine of the area.
Accommodation
Conveniently located between Chaweng Beach and Lamai Beach, the Sandalwood Luxury Villas, a boutique hotel overlooking the scenic Gulf of Siam on its mountainside location. With a mix of traditional Thai design combined with modern comforts, many of its spacious villas boasts panoramic views of the coasts.
All villas for this retreat have been carefully selected with its own private balcony to create an oasis for you to relax and recharge.
Sandalwood Luxury Villas also features free WiFi, a communal infinity pool with stunning views of the sea and its own restaurant, Blue Ginger.
Cuisine
We will enjoy deliciously prepared meals, locally sourced at Blue Ginger, specializing in authentic regional cuisine with a modern twist.
The menu has been designed to offer a variety of Thai flavors, from aromatic soups to the wonderfully spicy curries. Blue Ginger Restaurant also serves a selection of Western menu items that can be made to order (separately) to appeal to our guests.

Activities/ Tours
Our mornings will begin with pranayama practice to ease ourselves into the day then a Gentle Hatha Flow yoga session in the beautiful outdoor balcony of the main villa overlooking the the gulf of Thailand. After breakfast, we will have the opportunity to venture out to explore the surrounding area. We will end our days events with a restorative yoga session before enjoying a sumptuous dinner.
After settling in on our first day, you will have time to relax in your own private villa.
There will be three excursions -

Koh Samui Jungle Safari Jeep Tour: A full day adventure as we will be picked up in our private open off-road jeep to discover the major sites of Koh Samui. Sites include Hin Ta & Hin Yai, also known as at Grandfather and Grandmother's Rock in the south of the island. We then proceed to visit the Guan Yu Shrine, then the temple of Wat Khunaram to see the famous Mummified monk. Then off to Na Muang waterfalls for a quick swim to cool off from the heat followed by lunch at the beautiful mountain restaurants with a breathtaking view of the coconut island of Koh Samui. The afternoon continues with a visit to the Magic garden, then the observation deck near Wat Teepangkorn temple with breathtaking 360-degree view of the island, ending the day with a visit to Wat Plai Laem, the largest Buddhist temple & finally Big Buddha, the most famous the symbol of Koh Samui. (Lunch Included.)

Private Sailing Boat Tour to Angthong Marine Park: Begin your day with a convenient transfer from our hotel to the pier. Head out to Koh Wao, a beautiful snorkelling spot renowned for its vibrant marine life and crystal-clear waters. Enjoy a delicious Thai-style lunch at a local restaurant on Mae Koh Island, located within the Ang Thong National Marine Park. After lunch, climb to the famous viewpoint overlooking the stunning Emerald Lake (Talay Nai) — a must-see natural wonder. Continue your adventure with more snorkelling, taking in the breathtaking beauty of the park’s underwater world. Finally, board the boat for a scenic transfer back to Koh Samui. Upon arrival, you'll be comfortably transferred back to your hotel, concluding a day of unforgettable experiences. (Lunch included.)

Half day Samui Elephant Spa Camp Experience: Start your adventure with a comfortable transfer from your hotel to our Samui Elephant Spa Camp. Upon arrival, meet your friendly guide and the camp’s Mahout (elephant trainer), who will introduce you to the elephants and share insights about their care. Begin by preparing a healthy supplement lunch for the elephants, then enjoy a hands-on experience feeding, interacting, and playing with them. Next, join the elephants on a peaceful jungle walk while learning about their daily routines and natural behaviors. Take part in the unique Mud Spa Experience — a fun and enriching activity that supports the elephants’ skin health — followed by bathing and showering them in a nearby pool. After freshening up, we will conclude your day with a relaxing transfer back to your hotel, taking with you unforgettable memories of this meaningful encounter with Thailand’s gentle giants.
Activities will also include an afternoon at Eranda Spa with a two and half hour spa treatment, and an evening visit to the Night Market at Fisherman’s Village for some shopping, amazing street food, and so much more. Of course, you will have time to relax & enjoy the freedom to do as you please, whether its lounging by the beautiful pool on your private villa, or visiting the nearby beaches with its many restaurants.

There will be a scheduled group drop-off to Samui International Airport on Sunday, May 24, 2026.
Group airport pick-up & drop-off times will be determined based on the guests’ flight times within a one hour window.
Arrival & departures outside the designated dates will require you to organize your own transport to the Sandalwood Luxury Villas at your own cost. I will be happy to assist you with any additional information.

There are 5 villas, all with private decks and its own private pool or jacuzzi. Decorated with a blend of traditional Thai decor and modern amenities giving each rooms a distinctive personality and charm.
All rooms have spacious modern en-suite bathrooms and air-condition with views the sea from its own private balcony. They come with a spa bath, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and well-equipped kitchenette.

The Leelawadee Pool Villa is Sandalwood’s most secluded accommodation and features all of the benefits of indoor/outdoor living. The 40 sq. meter infinity pool is adjacent to a deck that includes a Jacuzzi tub, an outdoor shower and five poolside lounge chairs.
Also connected to this pool area is a large covered outdoor balcony furnished with a breakfast table, a dining table with seating for six, a wicker swing, and a wicker loveseat. The Leelawadee Pool Villa interior features an open floor plan living room. The western style kitchen is ready for entertaining with a fully stocked mini-bar, refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, and everything else you may need. The living area includes a couch, loveseat, coffee table and an entertainment center with a 42” flat screen TV.
There are two bedrooms separated by a shared full sized marble bathroom with a glass wall shower. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a its own flat screen TV.
