This is how it works.

The "Four 2 Flow" series of classes will launch at 5:30 PM EDT, every first & third Sunday of the month with unlimited access for the following two weeks. Access to the current series of 4 classes will expire after 2 weeks at 5 PM EDT. A new series of classes will launch that same day at 5:30 PM EDT. You will have unlimited access to the current "Four 2 Flow" class series from the time you register until the class series expiration date/ time.
 

When you register, please include name, email address (phone number is optional), through the link below. Please send payment separately via Zelle. Once payment has been received, I will email you a password to access the videos below.

This current series will launch on Sunday, August 7 at 5:30 PM EDT, expiring on Sunday, August 21 at 5 PM EDT. 
 

Payment of $25 for unlimited access of current series until Sunday, August 21, 2022 at 5 PM EDT. Please send payment when you register.

"Four 2 Flow" Series

Welcome to the return of “Shoulders & Hips. Oh My!”, the theme for this current series. We will be working on sequences that help ease stiffness & tension in those areas while continuing to strengthen the body. So expect poses like Deep Supported Fish or Matsyasana to open the whole front body, Uttana Shishosana or Extended Puppy Pose to release tension on back & shoulders, Uttanasana or Forward Fold with Hands Clasp to create more space between neck & shoulders, and finally, Devotional Warrior with Eagle Arms to work the neck, shoulders, back, & hips while strengthening the entire body.

Each of these 4 classes have been designed to connect one class to the next, creating building blocks to help the body release tension, build strength, & improve coordination while calming the mind. Starting off slowly with supported asanas/postures & pranayama/ breathwork in the Gentle Flow'n Restore. Then building on with postures that work the core in the Hatha Flow'n Restore. Continuing, as we flow through standing postures to build strength & coordination in the body in the Hatha Flow'n Strength, Finally, adding a bit of cardio as we flow with the breath to get the heart pumping in the Vinyasa Flow'n Go. You can then reverse course, ending with the Gentle Flow'n Restore.

Want to mix & match. No Problem! All classes are designed to compliment each other, so you can also pick & choose the class you want, going at your own pace.
