You will have access to the current library of 8 classes from the time you register until 11:59 PM EDT on Monday, September 30, 2024. Access will expire at 11:59 PM EDT on Monday, September 30, 2024.

When you register, please include name, email address (phone number is optional), through the link below. Please send payment separately via Zelle. Once payment has been received, I will email you a password to access the videos below.

“Strength'n Balance:
Extended Edition''

In this series, we will incorporate postures that help to strengthen the entire body while bringing balance to our practice to calm the mind & bring focus. So we will be exploring poses like  Setu Bandhasana/ Bridge Pose & Dolphin Pose to help open the whole front body while strengthening the back & shoulders to Matsyasana/Supported Fish Pose to release tension while calming the mind. For balance, we will work on postures like Virabhadrasana III/Warrior III to work the legs & IT band, countering with poses like  Supta Padangusthasana/Reclining Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose. Combined with the soothing sounds of classical music, allow this series to bring calmness to your practice.

You can take each class individually, or double up. Want to mix & match. No Problem! All classes are designed to compliment each other, so you can also pick & choose the class you want, going at your own pace.
