Hi Everyone,

Is it already August? Where has the summer gone? It is certainly passing by fast. I have to say that I have been really blessed this summer. Because not only did I have the opportunity to teach more classes, I was also given the chance to meet some wonderful people who were looking to either begin, re-start or deepen their yoga practice. It has been such an honor to be a part of their growth & journey. So as the last month of summer is upon us, I’d like to honor all the wonderful warriors I have had the pleasure to guide, past & present. What does that mean? Hmm…perhaps it could mean some challenging warrior yoga sequences or… a change in playlist? Find out this week as we pay tribute to the “Summer Warrior”.
