Reminder, Keystone Dance Studio will continued to be closed for the rest of February for repairs due to extensive water damage. Therefore, there will be no Stretch’n Flow class this month. I will continue to keep you posted on the status of class for March.

Hi Everyone,

As February comes to an end, it’s amazing how there have been constant reminders for me to take things slow & steady. As many of you may know, for me, this has been a month of dealing with the unexpected. As frustrating as it was, I had to learn to accept that some things did not have a quick solution and allow the chips to fall where they may. So as this month comes to it final days, I continue to think of ways to stay open to the many possibilities that are still to come. I then began to think of poses that not only up my heart but the entire body. One pose in particular that has been very helpful to me of late has been Purvottanasana or Upward Plank/ Inclined Plane. This is a great pose that both strengthens and stretches the shoulders while opening up front body especially the chest. This pose not only helps to strengthen & tones the entire body, it builds core strength improving balance. So join me this week as we find ways to stay open to what’s to come…
