Sadly, Keystone Dance Studio will continue to be closed for repairs & renovations due to the extensive water damage last month. Therefore, there will be no Stretch’n Flow class this week. I will continue to keep you posted on the status of class for March.

Hi Everyone,

Happy March!!!!!!! Though Stretch’n Flow will continue to be on hiatus for the time being, you can still find me teaching at MBSY. In the meantime, I will continue to work on ways to keep things fun & interesting on your return. Just as spring slowly makes it way here with warmer temps and as the daylight slowly catches up to the night to balance out the day, I think of ways to keep balance in my life which of course will lead me to think of balancing postures. As many of you know, balancing poses require a great deal of concentration & activation of the core. One such pose that has always been a staple in my classes is Plank Pose. Plank is a great pose that engages all the muscles of the entire body as it helps to strengthen the arms, wrist & shoulders as well as the muscles surrounding the spine that helps to improve posture. Finally, this is a great pose to prepare the body for more challenging balancing postures and arm balances. So join me this week as we find strength & balance as the month of March begins.
