Bread & Yoga! Oh my!

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to March with more new beginnings!!!!!! I’m so happy to announce that I will be subbing my first yoga class at Bread & Yoga tomorrow morning, March 3rd at 9am. I’m so excited for this opportunity to teach more in this lovely community of Washington Heights & Inwood.

I would also like to take a moment to thanks those around me for their support & those who attended my first Recover & Restore Workshop in Studio in the Heights today. It was truly a wonderful experience.

It doesn’t stop there. I will also like to announce that I will once again be teaching yoga at the New York Road Runners’ Run Center next Saturday afternoon, March 9th @ 3-4pm. Class is free! Register here:

7:30pm – 8:30pm: Vinyasa Level 1
