Slow & steady…

Hi Everyone,

It has been hot!!!!!!!! I hope everyone has been staying nice & cool. I’m so glad we are finally getting a slight reprieve from these scorching temps. I don’t know about you, but last week was definitely a struggle as the heat & humidity had done a number on my system, making me feel lethargic & sluggish. Though the temps have dropped, summer is not over. Sometimes it may be better to slow down our movements to counter the effects from the heat of summer that will be upon us once more. As I have mentioned throughout this month, slow & steady is the way to go.

I’m also so happy to announce that I will be subbing a Vinyasa class in the community room at Castle Village on Wednesday, July 24th at 9am-10:30am. I’m so excited for this opportunity to teach more in this lovely community of Washington Heights & hope to do more. See schedule below…

In the meantime, if you also wish to follow my adventures in Spain & France, I have been steadily working on updates to my website & Instagram as I continue to share photos & more details of my travels. There will also be sneak peaks to the other wonderful retreat locations that I had that opportunity to explore for possible retreats for 2020. So stay tuned for more details to follow…

P.S. I will also be teaching yoga at the New York Road Runners’ Run Center this Sunday, July 28 @ 11am-noon. Class is free! Register here:
