It’s never too late to start the New Year strong…
Reminder, class resumes on Mondays @ 6:30pm – 7:30 pm, Keystone Dance Studio @ 252 W. 30th St., #4B.
Breaking news!!!! I’m sure many of you have received my invite for next Saturday’s event “Spa & Yoga Afternoon”. Stay tuned for more updates.
Welcome back everyone to the first Stretch’n Flow class of 2017. I hope you all had a wonderful break. I know we are starting a bit later than everyone else, but it’s never too late to set new goals & resolutions for the year. I don’t know about you, but the New Year has already started out for me with quite a few challenges. These challenges had made me think of last year & the whirlwind of new experiences & lessons I learned as I tackled a new path as a yoga instructor at this later stage in my life. Though there were many roadblocks that came my way, what kept me going was the overwhelming amount of support from my family, friends, & students. It was their support that enabled me to grow as an instructor & individual. So, although this year has already been quite challenging, I can only think to continue to move forward and see where this year will take me as I continue to try to transform my world. With that said, I would love for you all to continue to join me as we set new goals for ourselves & continue to support each other. So in tomorrow’s class, please feel free to let me know what are your goals, whether it is to get stronger, more flexible, calming the body & mind, or to create some time & space for yourself. Of course, I will continue to design some challenging sequences for class to keep things interesting, but please think of this coming year as a continue tribute to you the students as we tackle any challenge that may come our way.

(See photo of yours truly as I tackle my ongoing challenge of L-shape handstands. Don’t worry, we may or may not be working on this tomorrow…hehehe)
