Let us honor the true warriors of our time…

Hi Everyone,

It has been an eventful week with the change in the Oval Office & the March to give voice to so many that demanded to be heard. Whatever your beliefs, you can’t deny that we are currently living in a world that is paying attention & no longer silent. I cannot help but be in awe of the many who have lent their strength in unity & solidarity to make such an impact to the world. This past month, classes have been a tribute to the students as they strived to move forward with their goals in the coming year. As it has been such an honor to be a part of their goals, I would like to take it a step further. In tomorrow’s class, I’d like it to be a tribute to the many who have already made such an impact & will continue to do so in the near future. They are true warriors. So yes…you have guessed it. Expect a strong class of warrior sequences & leg extensions to kick off class tomorrow as we honor the true warriors of our time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
