Hi Everyone,

It certainly has been a busy week of teaching for me. I don’t know about you but when my schedule gets a little hectic, I tend to feel frazzled & my breath becomes short & uneven. During this time, I have to remind myself to take a moment & find my breath, which can vary as I find which breath will work for me in the moment. As many of you may know, especially in my morning classes, I sometimes begin class with a specific type of breathing technique that I feel would correlate to the season or themes I may have planned for class. But sometimes, what I have planned may not necessarily work for everyone. Depending on how one may be feeling at the time, a specific pranayama technique could be more difficult & cause one to feel anxious. When that happens, sometimes it may be best to stop & re-evaluate, then finding which breath may work. Just being aware & listening to what works best for you at the moment can be the more powerful thing. So with that in mind, I invite all of you this week to continue to find the breath that may best for you.
